Return and Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange Guidelines:
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, consumers have the right to a 7-day appreciation period starting from the date of delivery of the product (the delivery date is based on the courier receipt). The 7-day period includes weekends and holidays.
Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. Upon receiving the product, please check the contents and ensure the product quantity is correct within three days (including holidays). (Please do not open the product if you are unsure about whether to proceed with the return.) Please contact Customer Service via Line: @vigorlife within the 7-day appreciation period and provide the following details for your return or exchange request:
After your request is received, we will confirm your return/exchange within three working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the return/shipping process is completed, please keep the courier tracking receipt for future reference. (Overseas buyers are excluded from this policy.)
Please be aware that malicious refusal to accept goods is punishable under Article 184, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Code: "Any person who intentionally or negligently infringes on the rights of others shall be liable for damages. The same applies to those who harm others through actions contrary to good morals."
Conditions Under Which Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted:

Return requests submitted more than 7 days after receiving the product, or if the original packaging has been opened or is missing.

Products that are marked in the description as "non-returnable after opening or use," such as personal hygiene items or consumables.

For combination products, all items (including gifts) must be returned together; individual items cannot be returned.

Products that have been altered or modified by the customer are no longer in their original condition. (Please inspect your product before use to avoid returns.)

If the product has been opened and is not defective or damaged, we cannot accept a return or exchange.

No returns or exchanges for incorrect orders caused by the customer's mistake in purchasing.

No returns or exchanges for promotional or discounted items.
Return Request Procedure:
A. The product must include the main item, accessories, gifts, warranty, original packaging (bags, boxes, papers), and all accompanying documents. If the product is used, lost, damaged, or missing parts, a fee will be deducted to restore the product to its original condition. We recommend you retain the original shipping box (or bag) until the appreciation period expires.
B. Consumables or personal hygiene products such as accessories or electric toothbrushes cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the product is defective. Please do not open the product if you plan to return it. If the product is opened, a retail fee for consumable materials will be deducted from the refund.
C. If the return request is not completed within 7 days of the application due to inability to contact or retrieve the product, the return request will be automatically canceled, and no further requests can be made.
D. Add-on Product Return Policy: If the order includes an add-on item (or bundle discount), the entire order must be returned. If part of the order is kept and the total order no longer meets the promotional discount criteria, the add-on product will be charged at the original price.
E. Group Purchase Return Policy: If part of the product is kept, the original order will no longer qualify for the discount, and the remaining products will be refunded at the individual price, minus the discount difference.
Exchange Request Procedure:
A. Exchanges are based on defective products. When receiving your product, please confirm that all contents are complete, and keep a complete unboxing video (including the package receipt + unboxing video). If the 7-day appreciation period has passed or the unboxing video is unavailable, we cannot accept an exchange. To avoid disputes, please inspect the product upon arrival.
B. Group Purchase or Defective Product Exchanges: Exchanges are only available for the same style, color, and size.
C. Consumable or Personal Hygiene Product Exchanges: These cannot be exchanged unless the product is defective. Once opened or used, these products are not eligible for exchange.
D. Product Damage Due to Improper Use: If the product is damaged, scratched, soiled, or the packaging is incomplete due to improper handling or usage by the customer, we cannot accept an exchange.
E. Color Difference: Due to different screen resolutions, product images may vary slightly from the actual product. The exchange will be based on the manufacturer’s judgment.
F. Product Packaging: Please do not attach the logistics label directly on the original packaging. Use additional outer packaging to prevent damage to the original box or packaging.
Refund Process:
After receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, the quality control team will forward it to Jinshuo Finance for processing. Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used.
A. Shipping Costs: Customers must cover the shipping costs for both sending and returning the product. An amount of $150 x 2 = $300 will be deducted from the refund as shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
B. Refund Time: After product inspection, the refund process will take approximately 5–7 business days (excluding cash on delivery).
C. Credit Card Payment: Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card. If the refund is processed after the credit card statement date, the amount will appear on the following month’s statement.
D. ATM Transfer: Refunds will be transferred back to the original bank account. Please check your account or passbook for confirmation.
E. Cash on Delivery: Please provide a copy of the original purchaser's refund account (bank name, branch, code, account number, and account holder name) to Customer Service at info@buddyphones.tw or Line ID @vigorlife. Once the product is verified, we will process the refund within 10–14 business days.
F. Group Purchase Refund Rules: If part of the product is kept, the original order no longer qualifies for the discount, and the remaining products will be refunded at the original price minus the discount difference.

Our products are often limited or exclusive, and if multiple customers order the same item at the same time, priority will be given to the customer who placed the order first. We appreciate your understanding.
